Carli’s initiation to Real Estate started in 2012 and she has been naturally broadening her experience and knowledge ever since. With her utmost passion of serving others, Carli has been involved in more Real Estate transactions than most. She began with a real estate investment team, Legacy Quest Group, a mega team producing about $24 Million annually at Keller Williams Realty in Mooresville, NC involving distressed properties, foreclosures and short sales and then transitioned to a residential real estate team at Keller Williams Lake Norman in Cornelius, NC producing about $20 Million annually. Carli then obtained her Florida real estate license and served on the leadership team as Director of Agent Services at Keller Williams Realty in Naples, Florida helping train, coach and educate over 150 agents. In 2017, she then transferred back to her home state of North Carolina to serve Asheville’s Keller Williams Realty, creating an Agent Services division to serve, coach, and train more than 400 agents. These positions allowed Carli to give support, advice, and guidance to other agents in their real estate career, transactions, and business. In 2018, Carli launched the Temple Team as their Lead Expansion Partner, Listing and Buyer Specialist in Asheville, NC and then launched The Temple Team as Lead Expansion Partner in Wilmington, NC. The Temple Team team is out of Mooresville NC and has an annual closed volume of approximately $50+ Million. In 2019, Carli launched her own team, Uncharted Realty Group, with her husband, Kurth Meeks, at KW Innovate in Wilmington, NC where they cover the southeast region of NC from Jacksonville down to the NC/SC border and all areas in between. Uncharted Realty Group is currently in the top 20% of their market center of over 300 agents and the local MLS of a few thousand agents. These opportunities enabled Carli to learn more about the Real Estate industry than most and she puts that knowledge into action. Carli’s work ethic is built from the phrase, “Do what you say you’re going to do” and her efforts reflect that statement. She has a true passion for serving others. Carli has an extensive educational background at Keller Williams having graduated coaching programs such as IGNITE and BOLD (8x) and attended annual national Keller Williams Family Reunion and Mega Camp conventions in Orlando, Fl., New Orleans, La., and Anaheim, Ca. She is also a market center instructor - teaching IGNITE and Keller Williams University classes. Carli serves as the Growth Committee Chair on the Wilmington market center’s 2022 ALC/ Associate Leadership Council. Through her experience, knowledge and servant heart, Carli is dedicated to showing her clients how buying or selling a home can be an enjoyable and rewarding experience, but her true bread and butter is agent to agent referrals. She focuses her efforts on building relationships with her Keller Williams Realty agents worldwide and receives over 100 agent referrals annually.
